Over Christmas break, our wonderful social worker finished writing our home study and
JC's FBI background check came back. We have checked our copy and made a few revisions.
Gladney's doing the same to make sure all the information Texas needs is included and clarifying any questions.
Every one's working as if my background check will come in any day, so keep praying that it will!
Once the home study is complete, we will have our profile book approved and we'll make several copies of it. Then the real wait will begin! Finally we'll be waiting for a
birthmom to pick us, rather than waiting to get started or approved. It'll be a time of great anticipation; I can hardly wait! :)

Oh, L and JC, my eyes swim (with excitement and joy) as I read this! We are praying, praying for you, for the birthmom, and for your new family member, oh and for the waiting!
