Meet the bacon explosion!
Lee must have been craving some protein. When he mentioned creating a bacon explosion I replied, "I don't know what that is, but PLEASE letme be a part of it!" He laid two pounds of bacon in a lattice shape, then spread two pounds of sausage over it and rolled it up. He brushed BBQ sauce on it and cooked it on the grill. It was amazing. Amy dubbed it a "Pork-a-palooza" and very cleverly created pig cookies!
Aren't they adorable?! They tasted as good as they look! Go Amy!

great pics! It looks like it was a lovely day! We didn't take any pics of our Easter celebration, but we ate lots of food!
