- Name one attribute that you are working on this week. (Examples include: respect, compassion, playfulness, generous, forgiving, flexibility, sensitivity, understanding, joy, peace, patience, kindness, gentleness, affectionate...) I'm writing this one word on an index card and taping it on the microwave as a reminder!
- How can you make your spouse's life easier this week? (It's not cheating to ask your spouse for help with this one!!!)
- What is one thing that you love, respect or appreciate about your spouse?
MY FOCUS:
- SENSITIVITY
- Stick to our rule of no internet after eight!
- He is an awesome provider for our family.
I LOVE when you participate in the comments!
What can you do this week
to improve your marriage?

1. Speak in a kind TONE.
2. Anticipate dinner and prepare before 7:00 every day this week.
3. Mr. F. is ready to happily help me at any moment.
1. To be more understanding of his schedule
2. Wake up before the children to organize our day
3. That he loves us so completely and his delight in the kids and me is so evident
1. Serenity
2. Have dinner ready early so we can eat, put the kids to bed, and then be able to get a head start on the morning the next day.
3. He's my best friend-- this has become even more obvious over the past week, while it was just the two of us, without the kids. I LOVE his company!
1. Patience.
2. Take the time to catch up each day this week as our schedule looks more like ships passing in the night than a marriage this week.
3. His closet organization (even if I tease him about it :)).
1. Kindness
2. Have the kitchen otherwise totally pick-up so that he only has the dinner dishes to contend with
3. The way his face lights up when the kids run/crawl to him.
