I didn't forget about yesterday's study! Abigail has been sick this week and needed me 24/7, literally! Poor baby. We went to the doctor Wednesday, Thursday AND Friday. The chest x-ray showed no pneumonia, but she's still at risk for it. We're doing nebulizer treatments. See how much she loves it?
Alas- today we put on a Baby Einstein video and that kept her distracted. Hmmm...I've always scoffed at those videos. Looks like I'm eating my words! Today I'm thankful for Baby Einstein- and their free videos on YouTube!!! :)
I'm sorry to hear about the illness.I just wanted to let you know that we have had to use the nebulizer on both of our children way too many times this winter. Also look up Baby Signing Time on You Tube, both of my kids LOVE it.
Even though she looks so mad, she is so cute! Love her hair and skin tone!! Beautiful girl!!
I have to "confess" that although we have a rule of NO TV when Bella is awake because I am an anti TV Mama...last week she was super fussy from teething (her top teeth are trying to cut through), I turned on the TV and tried to find baby videos on Netflix on demand. Mama's gotta do what Mama's gotta do.
John Paul has the same problem. One of the signs They can't breathe well is they get extra fussy, whiny, clingy, cranky. Now I know that is one of the first signs and I can stay on top of it. He gets to watch 1 wonder pets episode during his treatment. Its about 10 minutes long and keeps his attention. He actually holds his own mask on and sits through the whole thing now! Praying For Abigail!
“Magnify the Lord with me; let us exalt His name together.” summarizes the purpose and mission of our marriage and this blog. Through our marriage and family, we hope to magnify the Lord and bring glory to His name. We married in June of 2006 and thereafter began our journey of infertility and adoption. After three unsuccessful adoptions, we brought home our baby girl, Abigail Chiara, in September of 2010, followed by our precious girl, Gianna Luce, in November of 2011! This blog shares my heart, my life, and what I am learning.
